To provide you with an accurate price, including installation, for a top closing damper on your chimney, our team needs to visit your location and measure the top opening of your chimney. This step ensures that we determine the correct damper size that will fit perfectly. Additionally, we’ll assess whether your chimney has a flue tile at the top—a prerequisite for proper top closing damper installation.

In cases where your chimney lacks a flue tile at the top, we’ll also include a bid for the installation of a flue tile and crown to ensure a comprehensive and effective solution.

YOU MUST COMMIT TO IT AS IT HAS TO BE PREPAID FOR AND SHIPPED FROM THE EAST COAST.

THE TOP CLOSING DAMPERS ARE COVERED BY A MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. IT COVERS THE DAMPER SO LONG AS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER RESIDES OR OWNS THE HOME IT IS INSTALLED ON ONLY. IT IS NOT TRANSFERABLE BETWEEN NEW HOMEOWNERS OR LOCATIONS.
